Locate on the left of the entrance on the first floor, the Library Cinema room allows you to transform a relaxing area made for kicking up your feet and reading a book to an exciting 7.1 Atmos Surround Sound Movie Theatre Experience. With the State of the Art Home Automation System its simple with one press of a button to change the Library scene to Cinema Time and watch as the screen drops from a concealed panel over the open book marble, the projector lift will drop and appear from the ceiling allowing the Laser Projector to maximize effect and 4k quality. Whilst this is happening the lighting is lowered and the blinds are closed to cut out the daylight and maximize the cinema experience.
FORMAL DINING & BAR
An Entertainers Dream!
This area has been designed for those formal dining events or when entertaining friends or business guests. With the way things are today home events are more and more popular and dining at home is an important aspect to consider for the future. The formal dining area can easily accommodate up to 16 + guests. The large bar with ice maker, makes it nice and convenient to serve drinks to guests.
MAIN KITCHEN & FAMILY DINING AREA
One of three kitchens
Villa Pietra provides 3 kitchens in total spanning one on each floor. The mian kitchen is on the first floor and to the right of the Formal Dining area and Cinema Room. With a large 3.5 x 1.5 meter island bar this is the dream kitchen. Kitchen includes a Pantry and laundry room as well as concealed fridge. All appliances are Miele and positioned smart to allow the cook of the house to take in all the views and face the family.
MAKING AN ENTRANCE
First impressions are important
Entering Villa Pietra via the two main staircases will bring you to the first level main entrance. At this level the entrance will reveal large solid wood Iroko doors with clear double glazed safety glass allowing light to shed into the area. Once inside the mood is set with the marble medallion on the floor and an art display wall to the left. On the right we have a carratta white gold marble slab accompanied by a double sided USA Planika Smart Biofuel fireplace. Looking straight ahead the neo classic wrought iron design reveals the grand marble staircase leading to the second floor.
RUMPUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA
Relax and kick back
The rumpus area is located on the 2nd floor allowing to be more free and make more noise. The area allows for a large TV games area whether watching a sport game or hitting the gaming console. The dedicated billiard table area (or to be used as one chooses) fits in comfortably with the bar/kitchen that flows to a large outdoor balcony that has facilities for an outdoor cinema under the stars.

Entering into the bedroom area it is solely dedicated to sleeping and relaxing whilst watching some Tv in bed or enjoying the majestic mountain views. Entering the hallway on the left the linen marble panel cupboard allows to store all necessary towels and bed linens comfortably as well as dedicated hanging for winter coats and jackets. To the right you enter the master bathroom with double vanities, Grohe Sensia smart toilet with UV disinfection lights and bidet function. Opposite we have the large shower with concealed Rain, telephone and body jet function as well as a large 2 meter free standing bathtub for relaxing and letting go of all the daily stresses. From the hallway we enter the large Master Walk in Wardrobe and finally the dedicated make up room for the lady of the house.

Entering the hallway on the right you are presented with the linen cupboard separated by a central makeup table with a floor to ceiling mirror allowing you to see yourself from the large walk in wardrobe with the same modern design as the main master suite. At the end of the hallway you enter the master bathroom with double vanities, Grohe Sensia smart toilet with UV disinfection lights and bidet function. You have a large shower with concealed Rain, telephone and body jet function as well as a large 2 meter free standing bathtub for relaxing and enjoying the private view of the mountains through the large electric frosting window.

During these times it's essential to have a study space that allows you to carry out business and do your work anywhere in the world right from the comfort of your home. Including its own ensuite shower the study is fitted out with the latest smart technology for conferencing whilst seated at your desk. If your working on the computer you can sit back and take in the beautiful sea and mountain views and relax your eyes and mind. Some security features have also been added and can be revealed when a viewing is booked.

The two bedroom guesthouse has been completed in the highest specifications. Being attached to the main house but still not communicating through the staircase or elevator. The guesthouse features large living, dining area as well as full sized kitchen with branded appliances. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a separate laundry room.

The Lobby entrance greets your guests with a solid Iroko wood entrance door with double glazed safety glass allowing all the light to shine in. The lobby wows you with an impressive temperature controlled wine cellar display. The Otis Gen 2 6 person elevator travels from the Lobby ground floor all the way to the roof garden with 4 levels. The area also includes a cigar humidifier display.

Keep fit in the comfort of your own home
The Gym is dedicated to you, and to keeping fit. With mirrors all round and lovely wood paneling the atmosphere is energised. Put on your favourite playlist through the in house sound system and hit those weights. After your workout, head out to the Spa for a Sauna and a swim in the endless salt water pool.
RELAXATION SPA
Take in the serenity and give yourself time to relax
The Spa has been purposely set away from the main house to give privacy and serenity offering relaxation. With a 4x2 meter endless jet spa salt water heated splash pool you can really get a workout all year round choosing the level of intensity you desire. From there enjoy an experience of traditional Russian baths with a hotel sized 3x3 meter Sauna. The spa has a relaxation area that can be used for massage, yoga or stretching exercise. A toilet and shower are also provided in the spa to allow for a full resort experience.
